This festival already has Seth Myers, Aziz Ansari, Maria Bamford, Steven Wright, etc. booked. Its slated to surpass SXSW comedy and be one of the biggest comedy festivals in the country.

I cried. I legit started ugly, white girl sobbing when the email popped up. I’m extremely lucky that The New Movement (the theater I perform at regularly) was asked to book a lot of the improv & sketch groups. People like me rarely get these breaks. I’m not worthy to perform in the same festival as Seth Myers. I’m really not. But I promised myself if this type of opportunity came up I’d fucking muster every ounce of strength and talent from the deepest part of my insane 22 yr old soul I could. From the great words of Socrates “girl has some real badass shit to do”.
